Job Title: Specialist Outreach Service Manager
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £33,000-37,000 FTE
Location: Guildford / Woking
About the role
This role is to lead the specialist outreach services to fulfil its service level agreement, whilst ensuring you are supporting Catalyst’s vision and championing our ethos.
You will need to be a creative and strategic thinker in order to move the services forward at any given opportunity ensuring we are positioned correctly with partner organisations. You will need to be able to challenge behaviour and thinking to ensure the way we deliver is aligned with Catalyst PACT.
You will lead by example and motivate a team of individuals to deliver quality and impactful interventions.
You will manage key stakeholder relationships, have management responsibilities over the contracts attached to your service, work closely with the Operations Manager and support Service Manager colleagues across the services in Catalyst.
You will be responsible for managing the Service to meet expectations of funders.
With Senior Workers reporting to you who are responsible for the health and wellbeing of your team, you will drive and promote your service to increase awareness and numbers of referrals.
You will have a responsibility to work collaboratively with Heads of Departments to ensure effective practise is maintained with regular and consistent monitoring.
