Job Title: Business Support Manager
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week
About the role
As the Business Support Manager, you will ensure the delivery of Business Assurance Services across the whole of the organisation with a particular focus on compliance and safe practice. Your duties include managing and overseeing the Facilities and Health and Safety of the organisation and core areas of compliance, including any relevant complaints.
You will work closely with operational colleagues to ensure statutory standards are maintained across the organisation. You will build and maintain relationships both internally across all departments/ services and externally with clients, partners, and customers. Additional skills include excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organisational abilities to succeed in the role.
