We are proud to be one of the lead providers for Community Connections Surrey – providing people with support for mental health and emotional wellbeing in Surrey.

Catalyst covers the following areas for Community Connections – Guildford & Waverley, Woking, Surrey Heath, Farnham, Spelthorne, Runnymede and Elmbridge (West)

We provide:

  • 1 to 1 support to develop coping skills, manage mental health and improve wellbeing
  • Access to education, support groups and wellbeing activities
  • Advice and signposting to further support
  • Support for the mental wellbeing of carers

We provide a wide range of groups and activities ourselves, to provide a wider range of activities we also commission and work closely with other local community organisations.
