How we work
We are proud to be one of the lead providers for Community Connections Surrey – providing people with support for mental health and emotional wellbeing in Surrey.
Catalyst covers the following areas for Community Connections – Guildford & Waverley, Woking, Surrey Heath, Farnham, Spelthorne, Runnymede and Elmbridge (West)
What we offer:
- 1 to 1 support to develop coping skills, manage mental health and improve wellbeing
- Access to education, support groups and wellbeing activities
- Advice and bridging to further support
- Access to volunteering opportunities
