Job Summary
Job Title: People and Culture Senior Administrator
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week
Salary: £23,000-£27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Guildford
About the role
The People and Culture team is passionate about driving the Charity forward in a professional and sustainable way to increase staff retention. People and Culture’s main focus is to support the positive mental health and wellbeing of all staff and volunteers, using our core values to inform how we work.
You will provide efficient and accurate administration of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle. You will maintain and update the employee management system and ensure records are kept up to date. You will be the initial point of contact for the People and Culture team and respond to general queries, escalating them when needed.
We are looking for candidates with excellent administrative and organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for supporting people in a kind and empathetic manner.
