Managing Emotions Workshop – a great start to 2016

Catalyst have developed a specialist Managing Emotions series of Workshops which are being offered in partnership with the Surrey Homeless Alliance and LeatherHEAD START.  The first series of 4 sessions ran in December at Vaughn House (supported housing for men and women experiencing homelessness) in Guildford, and yesterday saw the first session at The York Road Project in Woking.

The aim of the sessions is not to provide a ‘quick fix’ for specific issues but to look at making those experiencing homeless more resilient when dealing with their problems and with agencies and organisations.

The next Workshop will be held in March 2016 at LeatherHEAD START, and further courses will run in Guildford and Woking.  Contact Catalyst on 01483 590 150 for more information.
