We are currently looking for helpline volunteers to help with the below project:
Outline Helpline Volunteers
Location – Woking or Home Based
Days & Times –Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening 7-9 pm
Main Activities
Outline is Surrey’s Sexuality and Gender Identity support charity.
We’re looking for volunteers to join our team, helping to provide active listening and signposting support to our Helpline service users. You’ll be volunteering alongside others, responding to phone calls, texts and emails either from home or from an office in Woking.
If you’re IT literate and would like to help us support others, get in touch.
Desirable Qualities
- IT literate
- Approachable and able to communicate well
- An understanding of the issues and desire to support people with their sexuality and gender identity
