Job Title: Peer Mentor and Service User Lead

Job type: 1 year fixed term

Hours: Part time – 28 hours per week

Salary: £26,000 pro rata

Location: Guildford

About the role

The post holder will:

  • Be responsible for the overall management of Service User Involvement (SUI) within the charity and i-access
  • Work with the Service and Operations Managers around co-production, service user input and feedback, and provide advice and guidance ensuring best practice is imbedded
  • Lead on all aspects of the Peer Mentor Programme
  • Develop and lead on the co-production initiative which works with service users as equal partners to design, improve and shape services
