Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week

Salary: £33,000

Location: Surrey (TBC)

About the role

The i-access integrated substance misuse service is delivered by Catalyst and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) in partnership and provides support to adults with their drug use and dependent drinking. Family Safeguarding is a community based service delivered in partnership with SABP and Surrey County Council and provides support to families affected by substance use.

The post holder will provide management oversight of Catalyst staff across the hubs, and provide clinical supervision and appraisal for the Family Safeguarding Drug and Alcohol Workers and line management supervision for i-access Senior Workers. The role will include training and development responsibilities.

The post holder will have responsibility for all partnership relations, service development, monitoring and evaluation, and, alongside the Head of Operations, liaising with commissioners regarding service performance and contracts.

We will be looking for candidates with a qualification in management/project management and/or a minimum of 3 years of management experience.
