The Woking Xchange

From 1 April 2022, Westminster Drug Project (WDP) will partner with Surrey and Borders NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the i-access service (including the Woking Xchange) and specialist drug and alcohol within Family Safeguarding.

Catalyst will continue to provide drug and alcohol services for those in need of our services and help bridge people into the i-access and Family Safeguarding pathways.

The Xchange is a free and confidential service which helps reduce drug related harm to individuals and communities.

They offer a comprehensive needle exchange, ensuring anyone who injects has access to a full range of sterile injecting equipment and other paraphenalia. We also offer safe disposal of used injecting equipment.

Our service is free and confidential. We provide:

  • Access to clean injecting equipment
  • Safe disposal of used injecting equipment
  • Support and advice
  • Referral into drug and alcohol treatment services
  • An alternative to a pharmacy
